About Us

Patricia returned to Costa Rica from the United States in 1989. After several years of renting and enduring some difficult situations, she came to the realization that God has a purpose for the Urpo apartment building, just as He has for us, and that we can glorify Him in whatever we do, and with whatever we have. While we are the stewards of the building, He is the owner. He can use the building to glorify Himself, and to bring His Light to our neighbors. Our goal is to be willing and available for Him, and to see how He gives us the Grace and Mercy to do this in our everyday lives. We want our tenants to be part of this vision: showing God's Light and Love to other tenants, to their neighbors, and to Costa Rica in general. The apartments are a safe place where you can stay to do the constructive things that God puts in your heart. As you do this, you will be sharing His Love for Costa Rica, and for people from other nations as well. We welcome you to this place where you can rest, rejuvenate, and move in God's plan for Costa Rica.
